How to build/boost your confidence?
Here is a method or a 'mental therapy' to do so-
Start doing a relatively smaller and more possible or easier task and make it definite to get completed, accomplish it and draw confidence from it as far as you can. Then start another task which is just bit bigger or has a bit lesser possibilities and let you mind remind itself of how well you did it last time and thus becoming 'self-motivated' and do the same as you did last time, i.e. accomplishing the assigned task, and very slowly (according to your holding or grasping ability or pace with which your mind can become best trained) go on increasing the difficulty level from time to time. And ultimately there will be a time when you find your confidence, way more boosted up than what it used to be once, at that time you can continue with the same process to make your confidence and self esteem even better or you can just terminate it there, but it is definite that you might someday find yourself being more confident than any other person in your surrounding.
Make sure that while doing so, no other task or emotion or thought messes up with the results or procedure of this method, and if it is so then kick aside that thought or task or emotion because that wasn't anyway going to let you get better in your confidence since this method is serving as a therapy for curing your confidence or self-esteem and that 'other task or emotion or feeling' is not letting this therapy work well. Or you can make separate arrangements for that 'other task or thought or emotion' or compress that so that it takes lesser mental space and thus leaving greater mental space for this 'Confidence Therapy' to work more efficiently or give better results and most importantly 'let it make a stronger impact on your Mentality or way of thinking or way of reacting to things'. Or you can cut short that 'other task or thought or emotion' as much as you can. And since '21 days rule' can always be applied for bringing any change in you, therefore this 'Confidence Therapy' also shall start giving you 'Mind Boggling Results' within 21 days(at the max) , provided that you took this 'Confidence Therapy' very seriously and followed it very sincerely and attentively.
Another important thing that needs to be kept in mind while doing so is making sure that you take as much feel of this procedure as you can, while being in the middle of this process. The reason behind this is that while going through this procedure it will actually be acting as a 'mental therapy' for you and thus this 'feel' thing must be made to come into play.
